Pat-Chem Laboratories uses all of the approved methodology available. We use EPA protocols for water, wastewater, and solid waste. We also use "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater". Additional reference may be made to the Code of Federal Regulations or the AOAC methods. Our laboratories schedule incoming work the day after it is received. This quick scheduling enhances faster turnaround times and reduces cost to our clients. We also use the accepted practice of using reduced sample size where applicable, such as cyanide and ammonia testing. This allows for more efficient sample testing and less waste generation, which add up to lower analytical costs for our clients. All of these modified methods have been proven and accepted by the governing agencies.
Pat-Chem Laboratories is an ELAP Certified Testing Laboratory. We are also a CalTrans Certified WBE/DBE/ & UDBE. We now offer “Client Connect”, which allows management and project managers secure online access to their files in our system. No longer are weeknights, weekends or holidays going to restrict you from completing the task you have at hand. Too many times clients have misplaced or needed an extra copy of a report, chain of custody or associated document to complete a task, only to find that it’s after hours, and the lab is closed. With “Client Connect” we’ve solved that problem.
In addition to water testing, Pat-Chem Laboratories services the aerospace industry and carries NADCAP accreditation for doing non-destructive metal testing include Salt Spray, Humidity and Plating Solution Analysis. Our stricter than normal quality control assures that all clients receive monthly coupons on time, as well as one to two day turnaround on plating solutions, thus eliminating any down time or delay in clients’ ability to process parts. Our understanding and years of experience will give you the confidence that if you’re having process problems, you’ll have a laboratory that not only understands your headache, but also understands how to help solve your problem.
